The Integrated Modular Pathway
This is the structure for our Integramodular pathway that takes you from zero experience to an Airline Ready Pilot!
You can enter this pathway at any stage of your pilot training ensuring we will see you through to the end. The average time to complete our Integramodular pathway is 18 months however it can be done in as little as 13 months.
IntegraModular?
The IntegraModular pathway combines the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of modular training with the structure and continuity typically associated with integrated programmes.
It brings together flight training and structured training into a single, cohesive pathway designed for the modern aviation industry.
Throughout the programme, students benefit from one-to-one mentoring, direct input from experienced airline pilots, and structured scenario-based simulator training, all designed to support practical, Airline Ready™ development.
The focus is on building the knowledge, skills, and professional mindset required to become Airline Ready™, alongside the technical flying competencies developed through flight training.
This integrated approach ensures that students are not only progressing through their licences, but continuously developing as well-rounded, airline ready pilots.

This programme blends the structured approach of integrated training with the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of modular training. Our pathway is designed to take aspiring pilots from zero experience to airline-ready status in as little as 13 to 18 months. You can enter the pathway at any stage of your pilot training.
Aviation Program Pathway
FlyFair offers the option to complete your professional pilot training alongside a full Honours degree, through our partnership with Buckinghamshire New University. You’ll graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Aviation Management with Commercial Pilot Training (Aeroplanes), giving you both the academic qualification and practical experience to launch an aviation career.
This degree combines academic study with professional pilot training. Academic modules are delivered by BNU whilst flight training is carried out by FlyFair, using a flexible, modular approach.
You’ll be taught by experienced aviation professionals and hear directly from industry leaders through guest lectures from airlines such as TUI and British Airways. Based near Heathrow, BNU also offers access to seasonal jobs, placements, and valuable networking opportunities.
This degree combines academic study with professional pilot training. Academic modules are delivered by BNU whilst flight training is carried out by FlyFair, using a flexible, modular approach.

What Is the Airline Ready™ Programme?
