The Integrated Modular Pathway

This is the structure for our Integramodular pathway that takes you from zero experience to an Airline-Ready Pilot!

You can enter this pathway at any stage of your pilot training ensuring we will see you through to the end. The average time to complete our Integramodular pathway is 18 months however it can be done in as little as 13 months.

So What Is

IntegraModular?

It is similar to the integrated pathway, has all the hallmarks of modular in its flexibility and its cost effectiveness, while bringing flight training and development into the 21st century using competency-based development from day one.

IntegraModular is a revolutionary industry first pathway to the flight deck integrating continuous development and training providing you with 1-2-1 virtual professional coaching and mentoring, group scenario based workshops that facilitate social learning throughout your journey. You will develop the Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes and their application within airline oriented virtual scenarios that develops the full suite of 10 pilot competencies, while the training focuses on flying skills and procedures.

Aviation Program Pathway

FlyFair offers the option to complete your professional pilot training alongside a full Honours degree, through our partnership with Buckinghamshire New University. You’ll graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Aviation Management with Commercial Pilot Training (Aeroplanes), giving you both the academic qualification and practical experience to launch an aviation career.

This degree combines academic study with professional pilot training. Academic modules are delivered by BNU whilst flight training is carried out by FlyFair, using a flexible, modular approach.

You’ll be taught by experienced aviation professionals and hear directly from industry leaders through guest lectures from airlines such as TUI and British Airways. Based near Heathrow, BNU also offers access to seasonal jobs, placements, and valuable networking opportunities.

FlyFair has partnered with Buckinghamshire New University. For an additional fee you can graduate with a full Honours degree.

What Is Continuous Resilience Development?

At FlyFair, Continuous Resilience Development is more than an add-on, it’s a core part of how we prepare you for airline life from day one. Developed in partnership with Resilient Pilot, the CRD programme is designed to help you grow the mindset, behaviours and professional competencies that today’s airlines expect.

Grounded in the ICAO/IATA recommended pilot competencies and human factors, CRD focuses on developing sound judgement, clear communication, strong leadership and adaptability under pressure. From your first day in training, you’re learning to think, act and perform like a professional pilot, not just pass a skills test.

Airlines are looking for more than flying hours, they want pilots who are confident, capable and composed in real-world operations. CRD builds that foundation by:

Our Journey

Your Journey To The Flight Deck

FlyFair have designed a unique and innovative pilot training route: the IntegraModular™ Pathway. This programme blends the structured approach of integrated training with the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of modular training. Our pathway is designed to take aspiring pilots from zero experience to airline-ready status in as little as 13 to 18 months. You can enter the pathway at any stage of your pilot training.

Private Pilot Licence

Begin your training with the private pilot licence (PPL), where you’ll learn core flying skills including take-offs, landings, navigation, and emergency procedures. This phase builds the foundation for all future flight training. You’ll also complete your Night Rating, giving you the ability to fly safely after dark and the opportunity to improve your overall situational awareness.

Hour Building

In this stage, you’ll build the flight experience required for commercial training by flying solo cross-country routes, navigating varied airspace, and refining your core piloting skills. The goal is to reach the necessary flight time (typically 100+ hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)) whilst gaining confidence, independence, and real-world decision-making experience in the air.

ATPLs

This phase includes the 13 theoretical subjects needed for the Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), forming the academic foundation of your airline career. Delivered by Resilient Pilot, training is completed through distance learning, supported by regular contact with instructors. All course materials are included, and a four-day instructor-led session is held before each module of exams.

Advanced Stage

This phase brings together advanced skills through UPRT (Upset Prevention and Recovery Training), the CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence), MEP (Multi-Engine Piston Rating), and MEIR (Multi-Engine Instrument Rating). You’ll learn to recover from unusual flight attitudes, fly to commercial standards, fly without reference to the ground and operate twin-engine aircraft.

APS MCC

Train in a high-fidelity jet simulator alongside another pilot to develop essential multi-crew skills. The APS MCC goes beyond the standard MCC. It’s aligned with standard airline expectations and builds core competencies that airlines look for in new first officers, focusing on jet handling, crew coordination and decision-making. It's the final step before your airline assessments and a crucial bridge to the flight deck.

Interview Preparation

Receive dedicated support to prepare for airline selection processes. This phase includes CV and cover letter reviews, HR and technical interview coaching, group exercise practice, and simulator assessment preparation. You’ll finish the course not only qualified, but fully ready to present yourself confidently to airline recruiters.
